Services
The Northeast Woodford Water District bills for Sewer Fees on the water bills if you are connected to the sewer. This is a service we offer in Stonegate and Lanes View subdivisions for the convenience of their customers. It is a fee set by the Versailles Municipal Utilities.

At Northeast Woodford Water District, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.
The Northeast Woodford Water District does not belong to "BUD", the company that locates other utility lines around your property. We will locate our water lines for any excavation on or around your property. We cannot locate the homeowner's lines from the meter to their house. This is the responsibility of the homeowner. Please call in advance.

Call Before You Dig
Effective Feb 19, 2024, there was a main break that we have fixed. If you live on Mallard Park, Foxtail Rd, Dove Park, Wells Ln, Ashby Cir, Ashby Ct, Gaffney Ct, you are under a boil water advisory. Please bring your water to a rapid boil for 3 minutes. We will call those affected back using the number we have on file, once the boil water advisory has been lifted.
